Signage Warranty: EGR- 7 years from date of purchase. High Intensity Signs- 10 years from date of purchase.
Christmas Decorations Warranty: 6 years on the frames and mounting hardware, 3 years electrical, 1 year lamps and garland. Please refer to our printed catalog for a full copy of the warranty.
Returns: Written permission must be obtained prior to the return of any item, 20% restocking fee plus delivery expense applies.
Terms: Municipalities have open Net 30 Day accounts. All others may request an application for an open account or provide payment when ordering. It is acceptable to place an order using the website and then provide credit card information verbally.
