Signage FAQ:

Reflectivity:  The traffic signs are modeled from the current MUTCD and shall use ASTM D-4956 Type I Engineer Grade Reflective, Type III High Intensity or Type VIII Prismatic Sheeting by 3M and applied over .080 aluminum. We are now using the new Prismatic sheeting for brighter signs. Samples are always available.

ATSSA 'Safer Roads Save Lives'

Production Time: Most sign orders will ship within 1-2 business days. Custom items, such as name plates and custom worded signs, may take up to 7 business days.

Warranty: EGR- 7 years from date of purchase. High Intensity Signs- 10 years from date of purchase.

Custom Worded Signs: An artist proof shall be provided by fax or email prior to the production of these items ans signed approval must be obtained before production begins. Custom items are not returnable.

Christmas Decorations FAQ:

Decorations Production Time: Smaller items such as cords, lamps and replacement items will leave within 1-2 business days. Larger items, such as decorations, will take 5 to 10 working days.

Decorations Warranty:  6 years on the frames and mounting hardware, 3 years electrical, 1 year lamps and garland. Please refer to our printed catalog for a full copy of the warranty.
