Signage Shipping Cost: Shipping cost will be added to all orders. We will attempt to use UPS on most orders and Motor Freight Lines on orders that exceed the size and/or weight limit for UPS delivery. We compare these services for the lowest cost of delivery on each and every order. Expedited means such as Overnight Delivery or 2nd Day Delivery on in-stock items are available at additional cost; please call for availability and pricing. Traffic posts and most decorations can only be delivered by Motor Freight Lines. We add the cost of the shipping to the final invoice. Delivery expenses can be quoted prior to the processing of the order if requested. Decorations Shipping Cost: Shipping cost will be added to all orders. Note on orders shipped by truck: Items shipped by truck require us to locate the best freight rates and then later complete the order with those expenses added to the final charged amount.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR RECEIVING/INSPECTION OF ORDERS

• Upon delivery, check merchandise for quantity and carrier damage, before the driver leaves. All damages MUST BE NOTED ON CARRIER DELIVER RECEIPT. Notify Evangeline Specialties (ESCO) immediately of any problems.

• Pictures must be taken and ESCO's Shipment Inspection Form should be filled out. Return both to your ESCO sales representative. Contact your sales representative for the Shipment Inspection Form.

• If there is damage found after delivery, contact the carrier and request an inspection report. Claims for damaged goods must be filed with the carrier. ESCO is not responsible for such claims.

• Claims for lost items will be resolved by scale tickets printed at the ESCO dock site. If the printed tickets show that the proper weight of items left the ESCO docks, then a claim must be filed with the carrier. If the tickets show that the proper weight of items did not leave the ESCO dock then the claim will be filed with ESCO.
