Custom Word Signs:
Orders must be faxed or mailed to prevent errors. Non-cancelable once production begins.

Shipping:
Shipping charges are not included in merchandise prices. Shipping will be added. Items picked up from our Lafayette sales office may require additional shipping cost to be added when picked up. Traffic posts and heavy items must also have this cost added.

Payment Terms:
Credit Cards - MasterCard, VISA and American Express are welcomed
Open account terms will be extended to firms with established credit. Open accounts are 30-day terms.

Damages or Shortages:
All claimes for loss or damage must be reported immediately to our Customer Service Department. Non response within 10 days shall be considered acceptance of order in full.

Returns:
No return without authorization number. Only new and undamaged merchandise in original cartons can be returned. Restocking fee of 15% plus shipping cost will be charged for any returns other than errors or defective merchandise.

Product Warranty:
ESCO products are warranted to be free from defects in marterial and workmanship. Our obligation shall be limited to repair or replacement of defective products at our plant location. Seller makes no warranty of any other kind, whatsoever, express or implied; and any implied warranty of merchantiblility or fitness for a particular purpose is hereby disclaimed by the seller. Seller shall not be liable for any consequential damages, loss or expense arising from the use of or the inability to use the goods for any purpose whatsoever.
