EGR Engineer Grade , ASTM D-4956 Type I
Prismatic EGR Reflective Sheeting on #3105-H38 .080” aluminum.   
This prismatic lens material will reflect at night when light hits it. Signs are .080” thick with an engineer grade reflective sheeting applied over the surface. Signs will never rust and have an average lifespan of 7 years. Signs will meet most State and Federal D.O.T. specifications. Usually In-Stock for same day order filling.
High Intensity, ASTM D-4956 Type III
HI Prismatic High Intensity Reflective Sheeting on #3105-H38 .080” aluminum.  
This prismatic lens material will reflect at night when light hits it. Ten times more reflective than engineer grade. Signs are .080” thick with a High Intensity grade reflective sheeting applied over the surface. Signs will never rust and have an average lifespan of 10 years. Signs will meet most State and Federal D.O.T. specifications. Requires 5 days production.
Diamond Grade, ASTM D-4956 Type VIII
DG Prismatic Reflective Sheeting on #3105-H38 .080” aluminum.    
This prismatic lens material will reflect at night when light hits it. Signs are .080” thick with  Prismatic fluorescent grade reflective sheeting applied over the surface. Signs will never rust and have an average lifespan of 10 years on yellow/green color. Signs will meet most State and Federal D.O.T. specifications. Requires 5 days production.

Special Notes: Signs intended for State of Louisiana Highway funding will require High Intensity #3m #3930 series sheeting and #5052-H38 ASTM B209 aluminum .080 rear. Please notify us when ordering this series of signage. All signs are available in this specification to meet State of Louisiana requirments.

MUTCD Code Changes:
The New FHWA Minimum Standards have been released.
   On Jan 2012 a Method to Maintain Retroreflectivity must be in place and in use. (All existing signs should be inspected to verify they are still effective, mark the sign with the date of expected reinspection or replacement. Begin using Upper and Lower Case Letters on Street Name Plates).
   On Jan 2015 all Regulatory, Warning and Ground Mounted Signs must be in compliance
        (Begin Use of High Intensity or greater for all sign replacements and new installations).
   On Jan 2018 all Street Name and Over Head Guide Signs must be in compliance.
