Sand Fillable Bases are for use with the Plasticade Rhino Barrels.  They can be filled with up to 50lb of sand and seal permanently with a liquid tight positive plug.  This click on/wwist off base offers quick and easy set-up/break down with such a strong interlock that the drum with filled base can be lifted without separation.
