Evangeline Specialties Traffic Cones with reflective HI collars attached. These cones are made with a patented Leveling Differential Mechanism, which provides a stronger foundation. The special design involves strategically placed cavities inside the base to provide a stronger foundation and also allows the cones to absorb repeated impacts without damage.
The orange cone and black base are produced using premium grade PVC Injection molding technology and is 100% Fluorescent Orange in both the inner and outer layers.
