Nameplate Information

Street Name Plates are constructed using EGR Reflective or High Intensity Reflective Sheeting applied over heavy .080 flat aluminum or extruded aluminum sign blanks. Street signs do not include holes as mounting is with brackets that compress the sign blank in the bracket slot. Radius corners are standard on flat signs. Extruded signs have square edges. Name plates are hand built and as such we may condense letters if your name plate runs wide. Some customers demand even long names to be no more than 36" wide. We can add decorative borders and logos to your name plates. For decorative options it is reccommend that you call us to discuss the options. An artist proof will be emailed or faxed for your approval if custom options are required. Reflective Sheeting is available in 2 grades; Engineer grade or High Intensity. High intensity is best for higher speeds of 45 miles or greater.
