About Us

Evangeline Specialties Inc. opened in 1951 as a supplier of imprinted promotional products to local businesses. The company quickly evolved by adding municipal supply items, such as reflective traffic signage and Christmas decorations. In 1960, flags and banners were added to the company’s list of products. With these added items, the municipal supply division grew to represent 75% of our total sales.

Patrick Huval, owner since 1972, has always operated the business with a simple and straight-forward goal in mind: Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Our present customers, many of whom place almost weekly orders, will attest that if problems occur they are solved as soon as possible and to the customer’s satisfaction.

Excellent customer service is also a top priority. Presenting our customer’s with a pleasant sales experience is something we take great pride in. During business hours, customers will never receive an impersonal recording asking them to leave a call back number; there is always a live salesperson available to help with questions or ready to take an order.

Over the years, we have grown and expanded to a degree that necessitated a move to a larger facility. We built our present office and warehouse in early 2007. Our new location is more than twice the size of our old one, which means we can offer customers services we were unable to provide before this time.

After more than 50 years of business, we are still family owned and operated. Our sales staff has over 75 years of combined sales experience from this office. That means that there is always someone available who is knowledgeable and up-to-date on information about the products we sell. Our sales team of Kenny, Felicia, Nicole and Kirk are always accessible Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm CST at 800-451-0364.

If you are near Lafayette, Louisiana and would like to stop by our new facility at 1825 Bertrand Drive, you are always welcome.
